Here are the most common questions we receive

Q: Do I need to be home for the pickup?

A: No. All we need is access to your yard. We will receive a reminder the day before your scheduled service, and we will keep you posted along the way, so if you’re home, please say hi.

A: Yes, not only do we close the gate when leaving, but we take a photo and send it to you when we’re done. We would never want to risk your dog getting out.

A: The short answer is yes, we love dogs, and it’s our business. But if your dog is not friendly or aggressive toward visitors, we ask that you keep them inside while we are there.

If you select our weekly plan, you will be invoiced and charged monthly for the number of visits completed in that month. If you select any of our monthly service plans, you will be invoiced and charged upon agreeing to the service. We ask that all clients have a valid card on file.

A: No, we do not collect or keep any credit card numbers nor do we have the means to do so because everything is processed through stripe which keeps your card numbers secure even from us.

A: Yes, we are happy to accept Zelle or Venmo

A: We double bag the waste and leave it in your trash can for pick-up with your regular trash. This allows us to keep our service competitively priced. If, on a rare occasion, this is not an option or not desired, we can take the pet waste with us for $4 additional per visit.

A: Ideally, we visit every property weekly. This allows us to stay on top of the poop situation, keeping your yard healthy and safe. Our 3-month plan is 13 visits, our 6-month plan is 26 visits, and our 12-month plan is 52 visits.

A: Let us know your preferred service day, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once your service day is set, it typically remains consistent. To provide the most affordable pricing, we use route-optimizing software to determine service schedules. While we can’t guarantee an exact arrival time, we’re happy to send a message or call before we arrive.

A: Generally, yes, we’ll do your weekly clean-up in the rain, snow or sunshine. If, however, there is severe weather that would impact the effectiveness of our clean-up, we will postpone the pickup for one week, continue on the following week, and extend your package by one week. We are sure you understand.

A: If we are unable to reach you due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you as soon as we’re aware of the issue. In most cases, we can make up the visit with another team member or adjust your service day for the week. If we’re unable to reschedule, we’ll ensure your yard is given extra attention the following week and extend your service plan by an additional week to make up for the missed visit.

A: If it’s not the business owner, it is a trained employee who has cleared a background check and has a clean driver’s license.

A: Yes. You can opt out of your plan. The price per services completed would be adjusted to the length of service you have received and the remaining balance would be refunded. Example: if you purchase a 6 month plan and opted out after 3 months. We would calculate the amount of services you received at the 3-month rate and refund the difference.

A: if you move within our service limits, we will happily service you at your new location. The day of service may change. We will prorate your payment as per out opt-out policy and issue a refund if you leave our service area.
